Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Dorvik you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Dorvik lets you record or upload audio and receive AI-generated transcripts, summaries and related outputs. Features may change over time.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity in your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and the transcripts you generate. You grant us the minimum licence needed to process, store and display your content to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, hate speech, or content that violates others' privacy or IP rights.
• You must have the legal right and any required consent to record meetings in your jurisdiction.
• No abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service.

6. AI outputs

AI outputs may contain errors. Review before relying on them for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorvik and LumiLife Tech UG are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Venue: Berlin.
