Email not arriving? Check spam/junk. Add our sender address to your contacts. If it still doesn't show up within 10 minutes, email support.
Forgot password? Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page — we'll send a secure reset link.
Where's my audio? Recordings are deleted immediately after transcription for privacy. Only the transcript, summary, and notes are kept.
Data privacy. Your notes are stored in your private account only. No one else can read them.
