Common questions

  • Email not arriving? Check spam/junk. Add our sender address to your contacts. If it still doesn't show up within 10 minutes, email support.
  • Forgot password? Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page — we'll send a secure reset link.
  • Where's my audio? Recordings are deleted immediately after transcription for privacy. Only the transcript, summary, and notes are kept.
  • Data privacy. Your notes are stored in your private account only. No one else can read them.
